These terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") govern the use of
www.millynnw.com (the "Site"). This Site is owned and operated by Millynn w LLC. This Site is an online shop and blog for a musician.

By using this Site, you indicate that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them at all times.

Intellectual Property

All content published and made available on our Site is the property of Millynn w LLC and the Site's creators. This includes, but is not limited to, images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files, and anything that contributes to the composition of our Site.

Accounts

When you create an account on our Site, you agree to the following:

You are solely responsible for your account and the security and privacy of your account, including passwords or sensitive information attached to that account; and

All personal information you provide to us through your account is up to date, accurate, and truthful and that you will update your personal information if it changes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you are using our Site illegally or if you violate these Terms and Conditions.

Sale of Goods and Services

These Terms govern the sale of all goods and services on our Site. This includes both digital and physical items.

Goods available include:

Digital music (e.g., downloads)

Physical music (e.g., CD, vinyl)

Clothing

Books

Stickers (via StickerPuppet, a brand under Millynn w LLC)

Services available include:

Personalized songwriting

Live performances

Services require a down payment at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due upon project completion.

We aim for accuracy in product descriptions and images but cannot guarantee perfect accuracy. You agree to purchase items at your own risk.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify any order. If payment has been processed for a canceled order, a full refund will be issued.

StickerPuppet Brand

StickerPuppet is a business operated under Millynn w LLC that specializes in the sale of custom and pre-made stickers.
All StickerPuppet purchases are handled under the same policies and procedures outlined in these Terms and Conditions.

If merchandise from StickerPuppet or any Millynn w LLC brand arrives damaged, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery by providing photo or video proof of the damage. No refunds are given for damaged items—exchanges only will be issued upon verification.

Photography Services (Imago Dei Black, under Millynn W LLC)

By booking photography services with Millynn W LLC d/b/a Imago Dei Black (“Photographer”), you (“Client”) agree to the following:

Payment: All sessions require either full payment or a non-refundable retainer at the time of booking. Any remaining balance is due prior to photo delivery.

Cancellation & Refunds: Clients may cancel within two (2) calendar days of booking for a full refund of session fees. After this period, session fees are non-refundable except as provided herein. Refunds and rescheduling policies apply only to the photography session itself and do not apply once photo editing services have begun, at which point all payments for editing work are strictly non-refundable.

Tiny Session Challenge: Sessions must be purchased during the promotion period and scheduled within thirty (30) days of purchase. Credits expire after this period. If you cannot schedule within 30 days, your session fee will be refunded in full.

Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule up to two (2) days in advance, subject to Photographer’s availability. Cancellations or no-shows with less than two (2) days’ notice will result in forfeiture of all session fees.

Client Responsibilities: Clients must arrive on time and prepared, as sessions begin promptly.

Photographer Rights: Photographer retains sole copyright ownership of all images and grants clients limited personal or business usage rights as specified per package. Photographer reserves the right to use images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Liability: Photographer shall not be held liable for circumstances beyond their control (weather, emergencies, equipment failure, etc.). In the event of unavoidable cancellation by Photographer, any session fees paid will be refunded or the session rescheduled.

By providing us with your payment information, you authorize us to charge the amount due to your chosen payment instrument. If your payment violates the law or these Terms, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse the transaction.

Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable once work has started.
Refunds will only be granted prior to the commencement of any work. No refunds will be given after vocal recording, songwriting, or any creative service has begun. Partial refunds may be considered in rare cases at our sole discretion.

Turnaround Time

Turnaround time varies by service:

Hooks/Verses: 3–5 business days

Full Songs or Vocal Packages: 7–14 business days

Merchandise: 7-14 business days

Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

File Delivery Policy

Final files (e.g., vocals, demo recordings) will be delivered via email or secure cloud link (e.g., Google Drive or Dropbox) in high-quality formats (.WAV, .MP3, etc.).
Clients must download all files within 7 days of delivery. We do not guarantee long-term file storage unless otherwise arranged in writing.

Shipping and Delivery

Physical goods will be shipped via:

Standard Domestic Shipping (7–14 business days)

International Shipping (14–21 business days)

You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. We are not liable for any delays or misdeliveries due to incorrect information provided by you. You are also responsible for any import duties or taxes related to international shipping.

Consumer Protection Law

Where consumer protection laws apply, these Terms will not limit your rights under such laws. If any part of these Terms conflicts with such legislation, those provisions will be deemed void, and the rest will remain enforceable.

Terms & Conditions – Ask Campaign

Consent to Use
By submitting a question through our ask campaign, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your submission in any media format for educational, promotional, or commercial purposes.

Ownership
You retain ownership of your submission but agree to allow us to use it without compensation or obligation to you.

No Guarantee of Use
We may not use or respond to every submission, and the decision to include any question in our content is at our sole discretion.
